In Memory of Noah James. 3-11-06
The graphic that I will be making with this tutorial will be in memory of my sister in law's Angel baby! Noah James. Born March 11, 2006. 1. Open a blank template with a transparent background at size 800 by 800 pixels. 2. Press CTRL + O to open your BNB Paper 4 and BNB Cloud. That is all you need opened at this time! 3. Go to your freehand selection tool, and from your BNB Paper 4, just select a random shape. Mine "kind of" looks like a cloud. 4. Copy & Paste your "cloud" of your Paper 4 on your blank 800 by 800 template. 5. Now copy your BNB Cloud image & press CTRL + L to paste your cloud onto a new layer in your 800 by 800 template. 6. Go up to Effects > 3D effects > Drop Shadow & use my settings below!
  • Vertical Offset = 3
  • Horizontal Offset = 3
  • Opacity = 100
  • Blur = 20
  • Color = #53c1cb

7. CTRL + O to open up BNB Flower 1 and BNB Feather 4.

8. Copy your flower, & CTRL + L it to your other template with your cloud image. Place the flower where ever you wanna place it. As you can see from my finished product, I did mine in the left lower corner & top right corner.

9. I CTRL + L my feather onto a new layer, take the opacity down to 40 and just place it in random places.

10. Now is time for you to add your text! I am using the font "Be Safe" and color #6ea2a6.

11. I typed out the "In Loving Memory" part & got it like I wanted it.

12. I will now add a drop shadow of #ffffff (solid white). Opacity of 100, Blur of 10, Offset of both Vertical & Horizontal of 3.

13. Deselect.

14. I added the rest of my text & below is my finished product!! (Make sure you save it as .png in order to get your drop shadow to look good.)
