This tutorial will tell you the easiest way that I Have found to tag in Animation Shop!
1. Open up Animation Shop and then open up the graphic you would like to tag as well as the tag!
2. In my tutorial, I'm going to be tagging a simple glitter.
 - - Right click & Save this glitter to your computer!
3. Open the glitter posted above in Animation Shop. There should be 3 frames to it.
4. You need to click CTRL + A to select all your frames.
5. Now go up to Edit > Propogate Paste. 
6. Click CTRL + C on your tag you have made.
7. Go back to your glitter, make sure you have all 3 frames selected & Click CTRL + E.
8. Paste your tag onto your glitter! Make sure you're not covering up any words or anything. I always try to put my
tag close to the edge of the glitter, but making sure its always touching the glitter.
9. And Voila! You should have a tagged glitter!
